Looking for designer for guild website (Joomla)

I'm looking for an experienced designer to help with making a template for my new guild project. I've toyed with the design and honestly don't have the time to figure it all out. I have an artist to take care of the graphics side of it, I just want a good layout/color scheme/design made for Joomla. If possible, would like a matching one for phpBB3 forums. So from what I see it's basically a CSS job that shouldn't be too extensive. Also, if you have the ability I would like a couple of custom Joomla plugins/extensions such as a raid progress for Age of Conan. If you can help let me know. Budget isn't set.
