Basic website in Wordpress for upstart company

I need to have a website built for me, I have not decided on the actual content of the page however that is NOT stopping the forward movement of the website at this time. Each page can be setup with a simple word in it for the purposes of the project to signify the page.
I already have hosting and the server setup but do not have the expertise to complete this project so I am looking for some help. I already have wordpress installed and configured on the server with a "concept" template that I would like to use the style and function of to some degree but have it customized for my needs. I have FTP, SSH, and ROOT access to the server so ANYTHING can be done server side if needed.
The site itself is going to be about 10 pages or so, I would like to have a page or set of pages that are "password protected" where I will have to supply you with a password to access that page if possible, if not a "secondary site" using the same template but different color scheme.
I already have the company logo completed for the top banner and can have it re sized to fit the needs of the template that is designed.
I would like to have the site be EASY to maintain with adding / removing content down the road by myself.
No content will need to be placed by you, however a simple layout for the content that is consistent across the site would be great.
We will be using a PayPal shopping cart for the items we are going to offer for sale on the website, so no "shopping cart" experience is required.
Maybe a column on the right with our Facebook feed, simple enough I know.
If i am missing any key points of what I am looking for please let me know, but I guess out of the box I need something setup and to be "idiot proof" as for the template and all aspects of the site itself.
I am ready to start this project and get it off the ground soon.
