Need to migrate from Zen Cart to Magento

We would like to switch our web site over to Magento from Zen Cart. We need to keep a lot of the custom features we had designed in Zen Cart and have Magento be coded to have the same features.

We sell custom desktop and laptops so our website needs to be able to handle attributes and provide plenty of information per attribute for our customers.

The features we need coded into Magento:

1. We need the attributes to allow for multiple pictures, technical information, and pricing.

2. I need all attributes in a global menu that I can adjust pricing, pictures, tech information in one place, and all products that use that attribute to be updated from the global menu. So say 20 computers use a specific i7 processor say an Intel i7 6700K and it's priced at $400. I want to update it from the global menu that I change the price once to say $450 and all products are adjusted to $450 accordingly. Same goes for pictures and tech information.

3. Needs to be integrated into the custom front end product page. We have a product page with custom drop down menus. it needs to work with this design or a new page will need to be designed with these features. Here is a link to he page we have now [login to view URL]

4. Attributes need to have sub categories. Example, if you select the option Storage, then it goes to sub categories which there would be two, Hard drive and solid state drive. You select one, say you select hard drive, it brings in the attributes for 1TB hard drive, 2Tb Hard drive, 500GB hard drive, etc.. So another layer of organizing and dividing the attributes.

5. The orders needs to be able to sorted into categories. Some computers we sell ship in 24 hours, some are custom and ship in 5 - 10 business days. I need these sorted into categories and I need a deadline counter to show how many days are left until the order is late.

6. I need Magento to provide me a report for how many of each attribute is sold on a weekly, monthly, yearly basis.

7. I need a plugin for Fedex installed. So I can click an order and it makes and prints the labels for me.

8. I need it to be able to print invoices for the orders we receive in batches and mark them or have somewhere saying it was printed.

9. I need status updates for each order and have them put on a cron job so they update automatically and send emails to customers with the status update. We have 6 status updates, so say it's start off on stage 1: processing. After 2 -3 days I need it to update to Stage 2: Building computer. I need this to have a menu where I can adjust the timer for each status update as needed.

Lastly I need customer information, orders, attributes, and products migrated over from Zen Cart to Magento.
