The objective of the site Is for the public to review different products and to score and review the products.
Users will enter the vast majority of the data
Also for users to research information from those reviews. Front AND back office (Admin role) to be easy to use and to generate reports.
It will be essential that consideration is given to protect the integrity and security of the site from the various forms of fraud etc.
Some type of database will be required to both automatically send out data also for admin to send out more in depth reports
It will be necessary to collect contact details and send out emails also to relevant users to update them from time to time.
Information will be collected from users of the products and from people that have knowledge of the product.
The site is required to check on authenticity of contact details and to build up a database of contacts it will need to generate automatic emails.
Information will be required to be entered by myself as well these must be easily entered
Auto fill is desirable including address filling by zip code
Care must be taken to avoid duplicate entries
I need a fully functional website that is SEO friendly and easy and inviting to use It will build into a very informative site in addition to the database itself.
I am hoping the database will be large yet fast to use with numerous different inter relating fields
Assuming the site operates as I hope I will require that the person that writes it is available for future updates and maintenance on some kind of retainer and paid as required. Clearly the more successful the site is will mean more money to pay for this ongoing work.
