Team needed for Web Development - Web Design - SEO - Bug Fixes and Content Writing.

This is not just a job for SEO.

Looking for a long term developer team that i can have on a hourly billing for my wordpress projects and woocommerce sites whether my own or new projcts, NOT SHORT TERM. This way you have all my access and i can just tell you what needs to be done and it gets done. All projects are managed through my crm that i will just assign tasks. Some tasks will be on going daily tasks and others one off fixes or updates.

Must have great knowledge in WRITING, SEO AND CODE DEVELOPER and must use freeancer dashboard app so i can monitor work done

1. Must be skilled in bug fixes and must have good REVIEWS and have built PLUGINS.

2. Must be able to fix all kinds of bugs and quickly.

3. Must be able to work with complex simple and custom plugins, upgrades and migrations

4. Woocommerce

5. CSS

6. Cache

7. Ability to make plugins simple and complex

8. Ability to understand security and make site secure

9. Must have at least 3+ years experience

10. Website designer skills is a plus but must have portfolio and ability to match my style of work.

11. Must be proficient in the LATEST SEO optimization techniques, backlinking, link outreach, internal linking, keyword research etc.

12. MUST have great writing skills as with any SEO there needs to be some form of writing. Not required to do full blogs but must be able to write at least a well written paragraph to fill in content and write product descriptions.

13. Ability to design full nice websites a plus but i generally do them myself.

Must have lots of reviews, pay attention to detail, good design skills and master at fixing website issues. MUST be skilled at plugin and bug fixes and ability to fix within 24 hours when issues arise.

Preferably looking for a team this way all skills does not fall under one person as i know one person cannot always do it all.

Budget is $5 or less an hour, not looking for full time at the moment but some projects i know will be longer just not looking for a commitment and we can work accordingly 20 hours minimum but it can be much more.
