I need a dynamically populated drop down system. There will be 5 drop downs at most.
1) BLOOD Group - Total Blood Groups from Database
2) Country - Show the Countries list from MSSQL Database
3) When Country is selected, the State/Provinces for the country show up in a drop down to be selected.
4) When State/Province is selected, populate the District drop down.
5) When District is selected, populate the Mandal/City drop down.
Prepare the project for web & mobile optimized using Classic ASP / Ajax / Bootstrap

I will put the loader image so that when one drop down is selected the time taken by the ajax call can be shown by the loader running and then the the other drop down will be populated...
