A website files are currently hosted in a temporary public html folder under a domain name.

These files are to be moved under a different public html folder and configured for another domain.

There is no coding required. All you have to do is configure the website and ensure the files are loading properly under the new domain name.

I would provide you the access to GoDaddy account.

I am expecting this job to be completed in 2 to 3 hours max.
