delphi: show notification area icon allways

we have a applciation that shows a small icon in the task bar / notification area (near the clock in the right lower corner)

make me a procedure that set windows to "show icon and notifications" of this app allways.

function SetShowNotificationIcon(Appname : String;Kind : Byte) : Boolean;

Kind=0 never

Kind=1 only show notifcuations

Kind=2 show icon and notifications

function GetShowNotificationIcon(Appname : String) : Byte;

function must work in delphi 7, i need a tested demo with sourcecode.
