Hello, I have 3 issues with our website with WooCommerce that needs fixed TODAY!

I am in the USA and need these fixed RIGHT AWAY!

I don't have a high budget, but I can give you 5 stars and the work is pretty simple.

here they are:

1. cannot calculate shipping from the cart itself (when you click calculate shipping, you get about 1/2 sec where you see the places you can put info in, but then it goes away)

2. "Ship to a different address" is checked automatically, so it must be set as some sort of default. We do not want that checked.

Note: Sometimes when it is "UNCHECKED" the fields still stay there.

3. When you try to update the cart when in the cart (like when changing a quantity), you get a black spinning circle, like it's thinking. Nothing happens. But when you back out of it and go back in, it updated.
