Hi
I require my Customer to fill out the form online (via ninja Forms) telling me his various requirements.
The FULL info to be sent to my Wordpress Sql database. eg. Name, Address, Zip/Post Code Tel, Info Section.
I to receive a notification message (Via Email) of this happening.
The form also sends No.1 colleague PART of the form eg Info Section and Zip/Post Code (which contains an acceptance/purchase button )
The form also sends No.2 colleague Part section of the form ( which contains an acceptance/purchase button )
The form also sends No.3 colleague Part section of the form ( which contains an acceptance/purchase button )
When/If they Press the acceptance/purchase button it returns a message(via Email) to me stating this has been done.
AND
Sends No1-2 or 3 colleagues (as many who press the button) to a Paypal /or other Cheque gateway payment gateway where they make payment for the FULL database to be sent to them.
The FULL data from the wordpress Sql database is automatically forwarded to them.
I am using Wordpress, Ninja Forms,
I need to be able to adjust if I add/remove further contact fields
I need this to be fully explained (written) with a how to do step by step details in case I move this to another Website.
It MUST be fully automatic, from when my customer fills in the contact form on my website to my 1 or 3 colleagues receiving Full contact form details to payment being made via Paypal /cheque gateway.
