WordPress Shortcode and $atts via queries

I need a WP Pro who is excellent with Shortcodes + $atts. Queries and code is already done. A Pro must get the right $atts for the shortcodes. I have tried a lot but did not succeed.
I have a function for showing 2 banners via shortcodes + $atts .
Each of the two banners must get there own shortcode to show it. So I can place each banner where I want on a page. function rdp_show_homepage_banner_function($atts)
The same problem I have with an other query that should result into 2 shortcodes shopwing category images.
