Wordpress speed optimisation with Site ground and WP Rocket

I am looking for a WordPress expert with experience in SiteGround and WP Rocket to optimize the speed of my website. The current speed score is above 70, but I want to further improve it.
Specific requirements for the project include:
- Optimizing the speed of a single page on the website
- Implementing various techniques and strategies to enhance the performance and loading time
- Ensuring compatibility with SiteGround hosting and utilizing the features of WP Rocket
I have done extensive work with Site Ground and Divi and believe everything that can be done is done. WP-Rocket is a good plugin but the idiots are very difficult to get support from. That is the point for this support. I have followed all the recommendations in terms of maintaining the right balance between SG infrastructure (including cache, memory cache, CDN etc) and WP-Rocket recommendation. I have created a basic page with no images and one container and text. Can not see why this page [login to view URL] should not have maximum score. So there must be some tweaking of settings in terms of WP-Rocket.

- Knowledge of best practices for speed optimization, including image compression, caching, minification, and CDN implementation
