Convert Mobi site to correctly display Japanese

Simple Short Project for person/team that has experience with

1. Mobi site coding & optimization

2. Japanese Language Mobi sites for display on small screens phones in Japan (not iphones!)

We have this site up that will be dedicated for Japan market

We have all the text already translated in Japanese

we need the code optimized to display Japanese double byte characters and also perform well on tests at [url removed, login to view]

the contact & signup pages are linked to the english version of the site which is on joomla cms.
