Tweleve years of IT exprience in software support / develoment, including full project life cycle using different languages, technologies, specially strong in System Administration, VMWare virtualization products, IVR anaylsis, design and development, CTI, HP OpenView Operations, and C/C++. I'm looking to deliver simple high quality software, and with zero bugs.  I'm  logical and critical problem solver, and efficient engineer. I love the process of discovery, And value communication, enthusiasm, and trusting relationships.
