Success Managers help both freelancers and employers get the most out of their experience

This is no different for our staff. We're always looking for ways to improve and make this experience better for our users. We strive for constant growth that will help us achieve new heights, and the best way to achieve this is by engaging with our users through our support system, being on the front line listening to feedback on how to be better and providing instant solutions for the situations that our users experience daily on the platform.
Success Managers are part of our staff, and are involved with the support of the site. They have the capacity to escalate and accelerate users' requests. They also have the opportunity to directly improve the user experience by dealing with the users themselves through the platform's messaging system.
The reward of being a Success Manager is helping both clients and freelancers achieve their projects successfully, and also giving unknown Freelancers with little experience on the site — but an impressive portfolio — the opportunity of getting their big break by inviting them to bid on projects. An important goal is providing the best experience for both clients and Freelancers and helping them understand the site, the system and its process, while also being a direct point of contact whenever a serious issue comes up.
Being part of the Success Manager team means one day helping an employer with their missing deposit, but the next one being contacted by the same employer to find a good freelancer for their project.
