Are you a CSS and HTML (or XHTML) Developer? Do you do freelance work? I’m looking for a developer that can take an Adobe Photoshop image (.PSD) and convert it to CSS and XHTML. This person will be able to do the following: 1. About 1-2 projects per month (or more) 2. Cost effective for me. I’m expecting to pay about $30 per project (usually 1-2 pages). 3. Able to work with 1 week turnaround. 4. Can make the CSS and XHTML (HTML) look exactly as the PSD does, without me having to email you and tell you what parts don’t look right. 5. Ideally this person will have a Gmail account and I can just message you when I need some work done and you can work on it at your leisure.
