I need a website which will accept new users and make new directory for them. In the directory will be pages where the users can enter a quote, which will be voted on by site users. The application is to be used for automatically processing web-based user subscriptions. The Credit Card information needs to be authorized by an outside service (Authorize.net-this is already handled) and then the username and password entered into the NT User Manager for domains. The User information gatered in the earlier form must be email to our new signup email box.
