I need a TIBCO Business works web service built and documents. The core reqts are: -sends a simple hello World request and gets a response. -allows incoming requests and sends a response back. -the other party will be a WCF .NET 3.0 simple Hello world Web service which I will provide. -The messages must be secured with an X509 certificate between the TIBCO & WCF service calls. -as well a SAML1.1 token will be required in all of the messages.
