The idea is to alter an existing picture. Looking to change the first bumping hands to hands forming a heart. With in the clock it would show an specific time and possibly month and day. Not with the man in the picture change jacket to a white shirt with shorts and sandals. The little boy change to girl wearing a dress. If possible will provide date and time info later.

I would like to have a tattoo sketched from a picture that I have. I would like to eventually turn the sketch into a vector file so I can use it for graphic imagining.
