When entering this percentage at Configurable Level, the tierprices of the underlying simple products are increased or decreased with the given percentage. Adjusted amounts must be rounded up to two decimals. Since the shops are working with 4 decimals instead of 2. The rounded price need to be therefore adjust with 2 extra zero's. So if a tierprice is € 1,95 with the addition of 2 zero's (€ 1,9500).
