Hello, I have the following experience with GIS: - applications: QGIS, PostGIS, gdal, Google Earth - formats: SHP, GeoJSON, KML, GPX - libraries: fiona, shapely, rtree, pyproj (all are for Python) - mapping platforms: Google Maps, Here APIs, Openstreetmap, OpenLayers I've also worked with MSSQL and ogr2ogr. I have a lot of experience with SQL and postgreSQL as well as with GDAL and OGR. Working with GDAL and geospatial data is my daily business. As I am a Python programmer I can provide you a Python solution. Bash syntax should also be no problem.
