Website redesign and rebuild

Client's current site: [login to view URL] Sample site client would like to have a similar design to: [login to view URL] We are looking for a designer to take our client's current site and redesign it with a similar theme to the sample site provided. This should not be a clone of the sample site, simply a similar layout and design using the client's colours and fitting to the client's content. You will be responsible for the following: - Creating the initial design and providing mockups - Revising mockups based on our feedback as well as the client's feedback - Upon mockup approval, create an HTML version of the site migrating all of the client's content into the new design. - HTML will need to be functional in all major browsers including but not limited to the latest versions of Chrome, IE and Firefox - Upon approval of the HTML you will then provide us with the PSD of the design work you have done. Milestone payments will be as follows: 15% released after approval of the initial design 35% released after the HTML is completed and site built to our satisfaction 50% released after PSD, HTML and all images are sent to us. We are looking for a developer who can provide us initial designs within 48 hours and have the site complete within 5 days of us approving the design.
