Build a native iOS & Android app with deepfake functionality

Ultamize wishes to revolutionalise the self help industry through a unique concept. It intends to positively impact the users behaviour & habits by sending notifications throughout the day. These notifications will consist of small video clips showing positive activities or good habits. Ultamize intends to use deepfake technology to morph the users face on the stock video so that he takes the message seriously. Ultamize is looking for a developer who can do the following: 1. Develop a native iOS and Android App. 2. Implement “User signup” using Name & email only. This list of names & email IDs should be accessible to the app operator. 3. Ask the user to click a photo or a video & the app should morph his face on a prerecorded video using deep fake algorithm 4. Creation of the deepfake video must happen on the device. It must not be done on cloud 5. Notifications shall be pushed as per the users timezone. Notification will contain a positive video message. This video will have the users face morphed on it. 6. Prompt the users to allow notifications from our app. 7. Provide a notification list to the user where they can merge multiple notifications into 1, add his own video or disable a notification. 8. Provide a notification list to the admin where he can merge multiple notifications into 1, , add a new video or disable a notification. 9. If multiple notifications are unread, then they should be automatically batched into 1 Budget is flexible and can be revised after discussion
