I need a Motion Designer for a 2D Animation Project (30 Second Clip)

Hey there, my name is David. I am a Filmproducer based in Germany. I mainly produce Industrial Film, Company Portraits and Commercial Clips. In this project I need a 2D Animation done. It is almost like a classical Explanation Film, just without being so fully packed with information. The characters don't need to walk around or move in a special way. They just need to be able to move an arm here or there, or change the mimics on the face. Take a look at the storyboard and the scribbles. The Characters / the Clip needs to be colorful and NOT black and white. The characters should have Eyes, not only dots. The Client explained how important the real eyes are for him. This is the first of two Clips, so whoever gets this project will create a second Clip within the next weeks as well. We can provide more pictures and details as we get along.
