There are many variants I have programmed various temp sensors connected even to 1-wire port using the ds18b20 Also I have developed some solution using the ethernet shield, the same you have. From your description it is clear that you want to measure 5 temps but for this you need 5 MAX31865 modules as each handle one PT 100 and 4 wires will be used between Arduino UNO and one MAX31865 module. if you want to use 05 MAX31865 modules then you need a multiplexer IC to select each PT100-MAX31865 pair one by one and measure. Do you need hardware plus code or only code. For my Introduction I am Elect Engr and have an an experience of using arduino with 1. SIMULINK and LABVIEW for measuring and controlling fan motor speed. 2. HC-05 Bluetooth module for Bluetooth communication with android phones. 3. different HMIs for displaying sensor data using MODBUS communication beside arduino i have also implemented ESP8266 based web server system for device control and nowadays developing web base a temperature humidity measurement application using ESP8266. Hello, i have done same project but only use one pt 100 but i can work with multiple spi sensor but i have use wifi instead of ethernet because now a day everyone is using esp8266 module but can give in Ethernet also but i can sugget go with wifi module so you disply this demo on mobile and laptop both

Get the parts needed to implement the hardware. Write software to control the Ethernet. Add the software to read the temperature from the sensors. Packet the temp readings and send to the server
