Need Acrylic Paint Artist for Vinyl Disc Artwork

Hi! My friend is a fan of the K-Pop group BTS' member J-Hope. This year J-Hope released his own solo album, called Hope World. As a gift to my friend, I'd like a vinyl record disc with a recreation of the album cover art painted with acrylic paint on top of the whole thing, not just the middle disc. The album cover art can be found by Googling "Hope World". PLEASE NOTE: I want the title be replaced instead with Piece of Peace in all capital letters because that's my friend's favorite track on the album. I live in Charlotte, NC and I'm aiming to have the finished record with me by November 15th but I'm willing to work with some extensions.
