Need program finalized (c++)

all necessary c++ files are already with the full program, but I need it to work as a console application with a certain method of input/output. It needs to use the data from an xml file and manual input as variables, so some edits may be necessary to get this to work.

I need the program to constantly monitor the server, record (not output) the system's last known boot up (when it came on) from the xml, then be able to take a set of known input cards of the current output (via command prompt) in their place. It also needs to accept unknown as an input, and any left unentered automatically random (for example... there are 52 cards in a deck, dont make it expect to get all 52 unknowns inputted... let it automatically assign unentered as unknown.

The logic for the program is done, i just need a console application or two to:

1) monitor the server to get the last reboot uptime... and

2) a program/way to input the entries of a known hand (assigning all unentered of the deck as unknown) *note* the deal (input) will start from the dealer, then each card is dealt counter clockwise one at a time to each player, (can have something to enter number of players)

EXAMPLE: (with 4 players, dealer first and only person after dealer known) xACxxxKHxx

that would mean the known person had Ace of clubs, and king of hearts

3) after input, use the crack to output the results in this format:

*note* needs some logic added to compare the 5 cards of the output following the last player (flop turn river)

Dealer: rank (4)

player1: rank

player 2: .... etc until the number of players is finished.

all the logic for the crack and information is there, it just needs to be able to monitor the server noted in the xml file, take input in the format stated above for the variables of the crack, then state the output as followed (and if needbe can first request number of players for proper analysis)

two programs is possible, one to constantly monitor the servers via the xml... but the crack needs the information of system uptime for relevance.
