Port C++ version of Canasta, Pinochle, and Rummy to Silverlight 5 C#

I have a game that is partially complete, and can be seen at game.rickleinecker.com. This game is based on a C++ game. It is now Silverlight 5 in C#. I need the Canasta, Pinochle, and Rummy games written. The artificial intelligence for all three games is already complete, and has been ported to C#. So what is needed is user interaction and play. This should be based on the C++ code. Upon acceptance, the entire Silverlight/C# project will be provided. The old C++ project will also be provided, but it will not compile. The old C++ project does has an .EXE which works and can be used to see how the program works. I cannot give any help to understanding the C++ source code since I did not write this code. The worker will need to study this in order to understand it. There is a base class in C# that can be used as a base class for the Canasta, Pinochle, and Rummy games. The base class has methods that draw and move the cards. I am glad to answer questions and offer help understanding this class. This project will be paid in four milestones. 1) completion of canasta, 2) completion of pinochle, 3) completion of rummy, and 4) completion of all QA issues. A working and compilable project must be turned in before milestone payments are made.
