C# Software - Binding Proxy to Network Adapter

We need someone to code a C# software that allows us to bind external proxies to our network adapters. Proxifier is an example, but we don't need any UI or advanced options. It can be console, or simply a class. The software must list available network adapters, and allow us to set a proxy IP:port for each adapter. All the tracking from that adapters will then go through the provided proxies. We need to have the source code. All automatic bids will be rejected.
