Use C# to Build a Contact Database and UI to manage the data -- 2

We prefer use of C# and Microsoft stack to complete this project. The MCD will house Contacts from various Data Providers. One important concept to understand is that Contacts go into the MCD and never leave the MCD. When Contacts are exported, each Contact record exported will have a status “Checked-Out” and a field indicating an Export Id for tracking. This tracking is important because the Contacts will be brought back into the MCD in the future for updating any changes to the records. When Contacts are Re-imported, they will be updated and flagged as “Checked-In”. Contacts exported from the MCD are then loaded into a CRM to be called and dispositioned by Sales Agents. The CRM has a field on each record for the Export Id that came from the MCD. We will use Phone1 as the unique identifier when updating contacts in the MCD. After all the leads have been dispositioned in the CRM they are ready to go back into the MCD. The records are exported from the CRM and re-imported back into the MCD where any changes to the data are updated in the MCD. Some examples are CompanyName, Address, Email, DNC (Do Not Call) flag, IsCustomer flag, FinalDisposition value and more. All fields should be updatable with the exception of system-controlled fields such as “Checked-In/Out” and the Phone1 column which will be used as a unique identifier at times by users.
