Wear simulation of asperity in COMSOL model

an asperity (half a sphere) is being sheared by a flat plane. the model include automatic remeshing. In some point the analysis gets one of two errors:

1. the condition of remeshing is not fulfilled.

2. could not calculate elasto-plastic variables.

The deliverables are:

1. a model that runs to a point of the attached picture ([url removed, login to view])

2. a document of screenshots that would document what has been done in order to bring the model to the final form.
