We provide discounted rates, proactive customer service and expert account management to SMEs (Small to Medium Enterprises).
Opportunity
We have an exciting full-time opportunity for a reliable and driven Tele-Appointer Consultant to join our friendly and close-knit team.
You will be responsible for contacting and setting appointments for with B2B prospects. You will be a motivated self-starter who isn't afraid to pick up the phone!
This is a varied role where you will be fully supported by your direct manager who will allocate your daily tasks.
These will include but not be limited to -
Target market small to medium business owners shipping domestically and internationally
Outbound calls to pre-qualify and generate appointments
Responsible for pre-sales and the prospect all the way until they activate (1st shipment)
Handle objections from prospects and complete on the spot quotes if required
Achieve KPI's and goals
Skills and Experience
Experience in logistics/freight is essential.
Sales experience (minimum 2 years)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong work ethic and creative approach
Self-confidence and motivation
Eagerness to learn and upskill
