MAIL MERGE required to prepare address labels for a marketing mailout to Churches in Australia. Tasks required: STEP 1. The links to all the Churches in Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia are below. Go onto each website of the Churches, and save INTO EXCEL SPREADSHEET the name, address, email, mobile, phone number, fax number, mailing address for each Church. STEP 2. Put the excel spreadsheet into a MAIL MERGE format using Microsoft WORD. STEP 3. Download the template for AVERY WHITE MAILING LABELS - Small Addressing. Product Number 936056 (I have attached a copy of the template). STEP 4. COMPLETE MAIL MERGE - put the Name of Person, Name of Church, Mailing Address on each label . STEP 5.
