I am preparing to start a temporary staffing agency and require an extensive amount of market research to help with my business plan. I need to know the feasibility of bringing a new staffing agency to market in Massachusetts with the following information: the types of jobs available, the potential labor supply, and the most profitable and economically feasible niche market. Information on the industry, the consumer, and the competition needs to be collected. I want to be able to differentiate myself from the competition, focus on a specific sector of employment, identify a target market, and understand the potential challenges I might face. I'd like to stay in touch with you throughout the project so I can stay updated on your progress and let you know if there is any additional information I need.
