MS Excel VBA Macro

Epic As a project manager I wish to have a macro enabled RACI chart where I can document the tasks, roles, and responsibilities on a “RACI” worksheet. On a “Role” worksheet, a list of names, roles, email addresses along with other personnel information is entered. On an “Email” worksheet, the results of the macro would be displayed in four (4) categories; “Responsible, Accountable, Consult, Include” in a copiable field next to each. When the project manager clicks on a task in the RACI tab then clicks on an email list button, the macro will find all roles associated with each of the four letters R, A, C, I in the columns associated with that row then build a respective list of email addresses separated according to each of the four letters on the Email tab. The project manager will then be able to copy the desired field per the category and paste it into his MS Outlook email address window. User Stories As a project manager, I wish to be able to change to order of the steps by changing the step number then resorting them with a pulldown tab at the top (existing). As a project manager, I wish to be able to add roles to the RACI worksheet and not require any macro recoding for normal functionality. As a project manager, I wish to see coded colors when R, A, C, I letters are selected in the fields of the RACI worksheet (existing). As a project manager, I wish to be able to add a virtually unlimited number of tasks under the TASK column of the RACI worksheet without any recoding of the macro for normal functionality. As a project manager, I wish to be able to add additional personnel to the Role worksheet without any recoding of the macro for normal functionality. As a project manager, I wish to be presented the Email list worksheet as a result of pressing the email list button. As a project manager, I wish to see the associated task placed in the field labeled “Task” in the Email worksheet as a result of pressing the email list button. As a project manager, I wish to be able to name the workbook different names without any recoding of the macro for normal functionality.
