We are in search of a dynamic Part-time Office person for a fast paced Construction & Asphalt Company The ideal candidate will possess the following: 3-5 years full service bookkeeping & accounting experience. Highly organized and detailed Self Starter with ability to Multi-task Excellent Customer Service skills both in-person & on phones QuickBooks experience is a must Proficient in Word and Excel Multi- line Phone System experience Create and Maintain Positive relationships with Subs, Customers, Suppliers & Colleagues High School Diploma of GED required Valid Drivers License Required Pre-employment Physical, drug test and drivers background check will be required Resumes and Applications will be accepted on or before February 22, 2019 Please Respond via email or send a completed resume with professional references:
