Hi, I am after a virtual assistant to help me with a number of different jobs.
The initial job will take approx 2hours per week but will be long term and ongoing if completed well (anything from 2 hours a week to 8 hours a week depending on what is available and how we progress together). It will involve ;-
1. Manipulating existing excel reports into new formats
2. Generating excel reports
3. Producing monthly reports in powerpoint from defined data sources
The freelancer must have very strong excel skills and be able to pick-up new procedures quickly. Flexibility is key with a can-do attitude
Like to haves
1 Interest in food and drink
2. Operating hours close to UK GMT (or prepared to operate in those time frames). Specifically there is some work @10-12pm UK time on a Wednesday. May also be some weekend work
3. Good English language
4. Excellent communication skills
