This is the difficult part. I will be sending you the scan of my mark sheets. I won't be able to provide attested copy or original. You have to print out the scan copies and get them attested. If you know someone who can attest the documents for you. University will need attested copies only. 3. I will also email you the filled in application form. 4. Submit the completed forms to the university office in Kalyani and scan/email me proof of submission like challan. 3. Once the transcripts are ready, go to university and collect it and courier it back to my address. Any fees to be paid to the college for the process and also cost of travelling to college, courier etc is included in the fees I am paying.
