Drupal restful web service to expose and consume data in json format

First of all let me introduce myself. I, debarya das have 6 years 9 months of industry experience in Drupal, PHP, MYSQL, Jquery, Javascript. As webform data is stored as node itself so what I have to do to expose this as service data in json format.. Now from the second drupal site this need to be invoked and create nodes of some content type. It can be achieved within 4 days though it will depend on the amount of data(webform).
