Need to develop a digital hand held id card for replacing normal paper cards

Who we are ? We are a successful software solutions company in Alain UAE. Our main goal is to provide cheap yet best solutions to our clients. Now we have to work on a new project that we have to give a prototype for it as soon as possible. What is this project? Category : Hardware + Software Our client needs a digital version of normal paper or plastic id cards. What will be the digital version? well it must have some major similarities with a normal paper or plastic id card like the dimensions (approx 3.370 inches wide and 2.125 inches high) the thickness should be lower than 10mm and 90% of the card should be a colored touch screen. Only a wifi feature is required that our client want with this card no bluetooth or gyro or any other sensor stuff. Through wifi the card will connect to our server from where we will send images and then will be displayed on that card. each card will have a unique id so that server can identify it. What we want now? We want a working prototype of this product asap and after prototype we will be offering a large scale production order to our working partner.
