Bet placement using Excel file on Matchbook API

Please do not copy and paste a generic message otherwise I will not consider your proposal - this is due to people not fully understanding my project requirements, and then cannot do the project. Objective: To place back and lay bets on the Matchbook exchange at given times. Information: I need to place back and/or lay bets on the Matchbook exchange at given times. This includes on horse racing, tennis and football (soccer in the US). The solution you put in place will need to refer to a spreadsheet, details below, that will contain relevant information. There may be 1 bet on the day, or 50 bets, with each row in the spreadsheet containing only 1 bet. There will be a minimum and maximum odds, if the odds available on the exchange do not meet this criteria then no back or lay bet should be made. The stake should be included. No bet should be placed twice, unless it is on 2 or more lines in the spreadsheet. I need to be able to link the spreadsheet to your solution so that it can verify the bets for the day are correct - this is very important. If bets are not verified they may be placed incorrectly on the exchange, or not at all. I will look at everyone's proposals, but prefer if you have previous experience with Matchbook or a similar exchange API platform such as Betfair or Smarkets. My knowledge around possible solutions is limited, therefore I am willing to listed to your ideas and feedback for potential solutions.
