The assignment is to create a customer prospect mail-list based on contact information found on the Internet browser and then enter found e-mail addresses in an Excel sheet. There are approximately 36,000 housing associations (BRF/Bostadsrättsförening) in Sweden and many of them have their own website in which their contact details are given. Only e-mail addresses need to be collected from these Brf's website and filled in an Excel sheet. Additional instructions may be provided if required. The requirement is that the assignment is performed regularly where you deliver a list in Excel format with 5,000 contact addresses to random Brf's (e-mail addresses). Example below: 1.) Open a web browser 2.) In the search field, type in the phrase BRF. followed by one of Sweden's cities, such as Stockholm = (Brf. Stockholm). Any city in Sweden can be chosen. 3.) The search results now mostly consist of websites of Brf: s (housing associations) in Stockholm or the city you typed in after the phrase (Brf.). 4.) Tap into individual Brf's website to thereafter navigate to its contact page. Email addresses can as well be found on other pages than the contact page. 5.) Copy Brf's main email address for contact, and then paste into an Excel sheet. 6.) Email addresses is to be pasted into Excel sheet as a simple list, example 1-9... E-mail adresses pasted in excel sheet should be complete and ready to be used. Thus no wrong formats is allowed in the list.
