I need an automatic inventory reconciliation on excel to do the following:
1. The system should be able to pull the flat file, .csv or txt file and compare Quickbook inventory list that has been exported from Quickbooks.
2. The system should flag each serial number to prompt or message:
S/N Not Found
S/N Found
S/N Wrong Location
S/N Duplicate
S/N "Misread" (This Functional Requirement will dive into Quickbooks database to pull a labeling system A,B,C for inventory count)
S/N "Item Found Not Scanned" (This Functional Requirement will dive into Quickbooks database to pull a labeling system A,B,C for inventory count) This will have another S/N on the Box to indicate three sleeves of inventory. A - B -C , Some boxes will have only A - B serial number that indicate 2 sleeves...etc.:
Boxes defined:
box 1: will have 30 units with three sleeves of 10
box 2: will have 27 units with three sleeves of 9
box 3: will have 20 units with two sleeves of 10
box 4: will have 120 unites with six sleeves of 20
All of these functionalities will enable my warehouse to have a true inventory reconciliation process.
