FileMaker 13 or 12. 1. Goto 'Web Info' Table. Click on 'Add Image' above pictures. It will take you to 'Image Table'. 2. Note the related field for the primary key has nothing in it so the record isn't related yet. 3. Now select the word in the drop menu besides 'Product Code', it likely says 'Blah', and let go. Note that the __productIDpk and Product Code fill. I'd like this to happen without me selecting that drop menu as Ideally I don't want to be going to this table, I'd rather deal with all this in the portal on the 'Web Info' table (even if it mean flipping to this table and back again in a script).

I took a look at your file and I can see what it is that you want to do. I tried a quick fix by defining a layout object and using an object script step to activate the field and set it, and then commit the record. I think the problem is with the way your variable is passed from the first table to the second in the script because of how the field and the value list are working. I saw your attempt to commit the record with a script trigger, and you should know that is one approach that won't work. My usual rate is $43 USD / hour, but I am confident I could fix it if I took about 45 minutes to investigate it further if you award the project for $30 CAD. I will need to analyze and understand your schema to fix the issue. If you award the project, I will fix the issue with a 6-hour turnaround from the time you award it. The outcome should be that all the data in the second layout is filled once the variable passed from the first is set to the product code field and you return to the original layout without noticing the change. If I investigate and can't figure it out, I will immediately let you know and you can find someone else; otherwise, I hope to hear from you soon. Thanks! -RJ
