Mascot to be a Jalapeno pepper (could be red or green) 2. Mascot to have a face (eyes, nose, mouth). 3. Mascot to have arms and hands (NO legs). 4. Mascot will be relaxing under a tree; enjoying life. His facial expressing needs to show a person that has no worries in life; he is just living the moment. 5. Macot needs to have a Beer Bottle in his hand (not a can). Mascot is NOT drunk; he is just enjoying life to the fullest. Mascot # 2 1. Mascot to be a Cactus (Nopal). Either partial or full Nopal. 2. Mascot to have a face (eyes, nose, mouth). 3. Mascot to have arms, hands, and legs. 4. Mascot will be relaxing under a tree; enjoying life.
