Drupal Website

I'd like to get an estimate for a client who needs a website similar to realtymogul.com. Same structure, features and number of pages. It needs to have a blog and the statistic page with the jquery animated charts. It needs to have a subscribe and login area where after sign-in and approval the member can see the investment opportunities, select an investment and then finalize securely signing online legal paperwork and submitting payment for investment via check or wire.(see steps in homepage). I checked the code; it is Drupal 7 and it uses Omega tools. Please send an estimate for the following (please mention number of page layouts developed for each based on [login to view URL]): 1. Designing the main structure/navigation and type of pages used after a PSD files I’ll send you. The client (or I) will add additional content in the Drupal’s admin area. 2. Blog implementation (I’ll send the PSD) 3. Member’s sign-in area with investment info (3-4 layouts, PSD provided ) 4. Online legal forms (don’t know how many , provide price/form that has between 15-20 fields) + payment for selected investment via check or wire. 5. How much will cost/hour for updates modifications after the website is developed. I'll update the description as soon as I'll have more info.
