• I’m looking for a web developer or team to create a website that will match potential customers with those registered to provide a service for a fee. The site will work similarly to a reverse auction site where sellers can place offers to provide the service that the buyer is looking for. The bidding process is to be a blind bidding process where the buyer can see multiple offers but the sellers will not be able to see what the other sellers have offered. The site is to be location based. The service connects hunting guides, fishing guides, and Ice house rentails with clients. When buyers post the type of trip they are looking for it will be for specific locations/lakes etc. Then only the sellers who are registered in that area will be notified. The buyer can post the trip for as broad or narrow of a location they want. For example, they could say they want to go fishing in Minnesota and all Minnesota fishing guides would be notified. However, if they want narrow it down to region or specific lake they can do that and only guides for that narrowed area will be notified. Sellers are to get email and text message notification when buyers submit to go on a trip that matches their area and trips they offer. Buyers are notified by text message and email when they receive offers. It is understood that the bid is for the entire creation of the site. At this point there has been no work done outside of the purchase of the domain name and hosting. The bid for the service is the website, back end, UI and everything else expected to go from no website to a fully functional robust website.
