Video creation and design for ipad

Please only bid if was taken the required time to read our requirements. We have an ipad application in spanish language, the app content some videos and we dont have the video source files so for translate them to english was decided to make the videos again. Most videos are simple and short, all videos can be seen clicking next link (33 videos) [login to view URL] Please check all videos carefully for avoid mistakes after bid. Is very important reduce video size keeping good quality because actually we have 33 videos with a total size of 240 mb, and that makes the total ipad application size 285mb... We want to see if we can reduce the total size. We think some videos can be improved because some videos interactiviy is poor or in some videos some movement have no purpose. I am attaching some screenshots of existing application. We would like that choosen freelancer make a new sketch of how application will look ....and that design looks good together with videos will be developed. Actually for graphic design is not a lot of things.. basically is required make 3 things 1. General template 2. how will be displayed the main menu and submenu 3. Content template(i suppose will be based on general template) we have the ipad programmer so is not required. If can be seen previously work will be great. This is the first time we place here a job like this so we are not sure about the cost... so we are going to put price range 500- 1000.. anything doubts only let me know.
