NOTE for ALL - This is a REPOST of an earlier one with the Mobile App development pushed back to a later stage, everything else remains the same, please READ and propose a price quote accordingly. ----------------------------------------------------------------- We have an Alumni Association with about 200+ members and are looking for a professional website to be built from scratch, key features would as follows; - Member Registration - to be done online by the members, this needs to be validated by an internal verification team and then finally displayed in the directory. - Objectives of the Alumni - (3 x sentences of the content would be provided by us) - Articles of Association - content would be shared by us - Key Office bearers - (Names and contact details would be provided by us) - History about the institution - pictures and short video would be provided by us - Plans for the current year - we will give the details in textual form, needs to be combined with relevant pictures and uploaded. - Joint development programs with (xxxxxx) - institution would be shared in due course. - Famous Alumni Members - names and other details in terms of pictures would be shared by us. - Links for the following - website of the Institution, websites of other alumni associations. - Industry Connect programs - details on joint development projects - relevant for the student community to be added - we will provide the details here. - Search - capability to search for on pre-selected criteria - Webinars and Seminar - a list of webinars / seminars would be added here/uploaded - these would be developed by the Alumni members and to be used for Skill development by the students and junior alumni members. - Major achievements - details would be provided by us - Going forward - details would be provided by us - Blogs - should support blogs and messages in the real time. Key common requirements, 1. all members would be expected to upload their pictures in this, we need to have auto-generated emails/messages going out to them based on important dates such as birthdates, anniversary, professional milestones. 2. Lots of pictures, layout should be similar to what we have with LinkedIN - but with more relevant content - inputs would be provided on request. 3. Should be a live interactive website.
