cartoon animation of a book

We need story based cartoon animation. It is a real book that we want to present in cartoons. below example is just for 1 example that we want to try 1st. if all is well with it we will assign full book animation to you. This part will be around 10 to 12 minutes. Here are the requirements 1.) Please create an animation of me based on a picture I will provide you. I will be doing the voiceover in the conclusion of each answer choice. This will give me a chance to be really involved and provide added opportunity to explain the outcome of each consequence and benefit better. 2.) Create two boy characters for this example that look 11 or 12 years old 3.) Create action explanation of the situation 4.) Create the three different answer choice options; A, B, and C 5.) I will record the consequence and benefit part of the answer and send it to you via video so you can capture my gestures. 6.) Using my character, put my animation in the corner of the screen after the answer choice has been explained. Match my voiceover with the character speaking We are looking for reasonable prices as the project is big.
